2 weeks old

Macy is 2 weeks old today! I need to post a new picture, but I'm tired and not in the mood to do much of anything.

She had her 2 week check-up today and she is now back to her birth weight! Whoohoo. I didn't doubt she wouldn't be though. She eats and eats and eats. And when she's not eating, she's sleeping ... that is during the day.

Nights have been rough recently. Last night, she was up from 1 to about 4. I was at my wits end at around 3 and woke Dale up. He thought a bottle would take care of it, hahaha, like I hadn't been feeding her every 30 minutes for the prior 2 hours. She eventually fell asleep in my arms as I propped up against my pillows in zombie mode. She woke up and ate again at 5:45, Dale's alarm went off at 6, 6:05, and 6:10 and when I finally thought YES! I can sleep, Parker came walking into my room at 6:20. :( Gail's sleep count: 5 hours tops.

Add that to the prior night and I'm going on about 9 hours of sleep in the past 2 days. Needless to say, I'm extremely moody and emotional on top of already being moody and emotional. Vicious!
