Dale made it to Ali Al Salem, Kuwait and he said he's never seen so much sand in his life. I received an email 40 minutes ago, and he was heading to bed. It was 9:50 pm there compared to 1:50 pm here. So quite the time difference.
He said he "was in need of a cold shower, shave, and some much needed time in an actual bed. There's no sheets or pillows but its a bed and not an airplane seat. 5 hrs of sleep in the last 48 hrs."
I hope he'll be able to call us tomorrow, but I won't be mad if he can't. This transition time is going to be the hardest on us, but once he gets into his schedule over there, we'll probably have more regular communication.
At least we'd better :)
