Macy took one whole 10 minute nap today. It wasn't from my lack of trying to get her to nap either. I rocked her, I walked her, I drove her around and I even tried to make her cry it out in her crib. The 10 minutes she did get were at the end of our drive.
I gave up on trying around 4pm and took the kids to the pool. I thought that just maybe I could wear her out enough that she'll sleep good tonight instead. Well, wear her out I did and here's proof. She fell asleep eating dinner.
I wish I could report that an hour later, she was still asleep, but alas, no such luck. She's so tired and she just won't give in. Needless to say, it's been one very long day for us all.
ahhh -- the girl is wired with energy! she is a darling!
