The sickness continues

I guess my blog has taken a depressing turn. Dale told me yesterday that it's kind of a downer. I apologize. I guess it's hard to stay positive when you feel like you are next to death.

I'm starting to feel better. I've got a pretty harsh cough still and my ears hurt occasionally but other than that, I'm good.

Macy on the other hand, not so much. She woke up about every hour last night and didn't really know what she wanted. Then this morning she screamed for a few hours before I finally decided that a visit to the doctor would probably be wise. I think she might have an ear infection or something, poor girl.

Hopefully once we all get to feeling better I"ll have some happier things to blog about. :)

*********UPDATE*************

Macy does not have an ear infection or anything visibly wrong with her. Whew! And the doctor didn't volunteer an antibiotic, which is so nice to see in this world of resistance. He just gave us a prescription for some tylenol, motrin and benadryl for her cough and we're to give them to her as needed. It probably seems strange for those of you who don't have to take their kids to an army clinic that we got a prescription for those items, but it's all free through the on post pharmacy, so I'm all for it! We also got a cream for her eczema that we couldn't get at her 4 month checkup. I hope it helps.
