Happy Second Anniversary!

Today spells year two of marriage for Dale and I.

The traditional gift for your second year of marriage is cotton. After the past three months of Dale being gone, I think this is the perfect gift. I could really use a few mornings spent snuggled up in my cotton sheets and not getting up with the kids. It'll be the best anniversary gift yet.

Speaking of three months of Dale being gone, it's starting to become a trend. He was gone the first three months of our first year of marriage and now the last three of our second. Will the trend continue next year...stay tuned.

We've got 9 days left until the big guy comes home. Macy and I are ready, and I know one little boy who could really use some one-on-one man time. Next Wednesday can't get here soon enough.
