1. Macy's woke up 20+ times for the past 2 nights. I swear if a tooth doesn't pop through soon, I'm going to lose it.
2. Parker starts preschool in 5 days. He's got his dinosaur backpack, his new Sketchers and he's ready to ride the bus. The local public school offers a free preschool, and will even bus the kids to and from. I think this is awesome, and I'm so excited for Parker to meet some new friends and learn new things. At the same time though, how'd he get so big already? Amazing.
3. We really enjoyed seeing Dale last weekend, but it was WAY too short of a visit. He flew in Friday and flew out Sunday. Factor in that he was here for his brother's wedding, and well, there wasn't much quality family time happening. We're really looking forward to his final return from Alabama in September.
4. Macy turns a year old in exactly one week. We're waiting to have her birthday party until Dale gets back though. I figured she wouldn't mind :)
5. Macy participated in the Baby Olympics at the Seward County Fair yesterday. She got 3rd place in the beginner walker category. She received a ribbon and a book for being so speedy.
That's all I got for now. I'm just super tired and haven't been in the mood to blog. Someday I'll catch up on sleep though. Someday.
