So looking back, I realize I haven't read very many novels in the past few months. Dang.
-Divergent, Veronica Roth
This was a fantastic original read. I seriously didn't want to put it down. It was so good in fact that my sister also read it and she referred me to it. But for the first time ever, I actually read a book before her! Yay for me!
-Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Ransom Riggs
I had no idea what to expect with this book, but it went places I never would have even thought. It's a quick interesting read for sure.
-Red Pyramid (The Kane Chronicle), Rick Riordan
-Throne of Fire (The Kane Chronicle), Rick Riordan
I read these because I'm a fan of Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus series. They were ok, but not anywhere close to the amazingness of the other series. It might be that I'm not too familiar with Egyptian legends and gods and it makes it harder to follow. I'll keep on reading the series though because that's what I do.
-Daughter of Smoke and Bone, Laini Taylor
A pretty good book. I'll read the next one if it ever comes out.
-Incarceron, Catherine Fisher
This one was so-so. It had a lot of potential, but it didn't really go where I wished it would have.
