Hollywood Studios

Our last day at Disney was spent at Hollywood Studios. This was my least favorite part of our trip and honestly, I'd have been pretty p.o.'d if I'd have paid full price for a ticket here. It could have been that it's just not a place to take a 3 year old, or maybe it was because it was our 3rd day of go going and I was grumpy and hot. Anyways, we did take in all the things that we were able to do with Parker.


We rode the 3D Toy Story Game ride, which was probably the best part of the whole day. They had all sorts of oversized toys and games that you walked through on your way to get on the ride, which was pretty cool. Then as you rode the ride, you got to play these games where you shot at the screen.


We saw the Little Mermaid Show and Playhouse Disney Live, which Parker really enjoyed. Then we ventured out for lunch and found us a Pizza Planet, just like off of Toy Story.


Honey I Shrunk the Kids was a fun area to be in, although it was hot and busy. Parker started to get pretty grumpy at this point in our trip, so he didn't have as much fun as I thought he'd have sitting on the big ant (see picture).




They had a Star Wars exhibit/show something, but since Parker was too small, we couldn't go on it. We did get to watch a little skit outside of it though, which was kind of entertaining.


After that, Parker decided he was done and decided to throw himself a little fit. We sat in the shade while he cried, until some mean man made us move because of a parade or something. Poor Parker was so exhausted and hot he just cried and cried until our bus finally came and we were heading back to the hotel.


He was so tired, this is how he fell asleep. Later that evening, we went to a Pirates dinner theatre thing, and Parker drank so much soda, he was bouncing off the walls. We went back to the hotel, swam until 10:30, and he didn't go to bed until nearly midnight the silly boy.
