I've got the pregnancy waddle. I can't help it. Walking hurts.
I'm trying to walk regularly in order to keep up some kind of exercise routine, but after a good day of walking, my pelvis seriously kills me. Today I walked for maybe 40 minutes at the park, then I went shopping in the afternoon. It doesn't seem like that's a serious amount of movement, but apparently it was too much and now I want to cry. Baths and heating pads are my usual methods of pain relief, but tonight I think I'll be taking some tylenol in addition to them.
Yeah, yeah, poor me right?
Hey, a little complaining never hurt anyone. And when you're pregnant, I say you can do all the complaining you want!!!
