Black Friday!

Yay for today. I'm ready to do some shopping.

This is my third year Black Friday shopping and I'm willing to guess it will be my most interesting year ever. First off, the weather is quite different here than it is in Nebraska. As of right now, 4:30 AM, it's 67 degrees outside. I'm only bringing my coat along because it's been raining on and off. Secondly, as you probably know from past posts, my experience with people here isn't full of sunshine and hospitality. Will that rudeness heighten on today's shopping fights? Most likely.

The good news is I don't have anything I "have" to get. Sure I saw some pretty decent deals in the flyers yesterday, but when you have already done most of your Christmas shopping like I have, it doesn't really matter much.

Last year I did most of my Christmas shopping on Black Friday and it was the funnest time. I went out with my best pal Casey and my sister Tammy and it was really pretty relaxed all around. We didn't line up anywhere waiting for stores to open, we just went to stores that had already been open for a bit and there were still plenty of door busters and items to buy.

Welp, my ride is on her way. I'll let you know how my day went later :)
