Phringe

My very talented and creative friend Nicki, of nickib photography, trusted me enough to do some design for the first issue of Phringe, a magazine she's starting. It's focus (for this issue at least) is vintage clothing, so she styled, directed, and photographed the models for a Vanity Fair type magazine.

She sent me her photos and told me she trusted me enough to do a great job on the design. I worked on this all day, and I have to say I'm pretty happy with the retro feel I gave them. I hope she loves them as much as I do.

***UPDATE: Her reaction to them were, "I knew you'd do wonderful. I love it. You put a lot of work into that and it's amazing. It's way better than what I even expected. What theme do you want to do in the winter? lol."
