He started painting nicely with brushes, but soon it morphed into fingers and hands. He had a wonderful time getting messy and making art. We finished up our Father's Day cards, then made a few more pictures before he decided he was done. Overall, it was a pretty great day. Hopefully we'll get to do it again soon!

Keeping busy
Occasionally, Parker and I will do something out of our normal routine. A few weeks ago, we decided to paint on a whim. We had started Father's day cards earlier in the month. Parker cut them out and stuck stickers on them all by himself, but before we were all the way done, he had decided to move on to playing with his Playdough. So, when we decided to paint, I figured it was the perfect time to finish up his awesome Father's day cards as well.
