One week

One week from today is Little Misses due date. It's going to be interesting to see if she happens to pick an amusing date to be born on, because there are a lot coming up. Tomorrow is 8-9-10 and how cool of a birthday would that be? She could share a birthday with her grandma on the 10th, or she's also got the option of coming Friday the 13th. If she does decide to make her entrance on her due date, 8-15, it will be the one year anniversary of when her daddy became an officer. Or she can wait until next Monday and share a birthday with her daddy. So many options... hopefully she picks one soon.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure I was nesting today. I cleaned the kitchen and living room, scrubbed my bathroom sink, and did laundry. All this is normal weekend activity, except for the fact that I even cleaned the little pans under the burners under the stove and covered them all in aluminum foil. I sorted the contents of the snack cupboard and I also cleaned the top of the trash can. That's weird. I really wanted to scrub the floor too, but my body started to hurt so I abandoned the cleaning idea for a book instead.

Or... maybe I was subconsciously pretending to nest in order to speed up the process?
