P: Ya, but he got it at the store. (said in a "duh mom" kind of voice)

P: I want root beer.
M: No.
P: But, I WANT IT!
M: No, you can't have any root beer.
P: When someone tells you they want root beer, it means they want root beer and you get them root beer!
M: Excuse me? When someone tells you no, they mean no. (Ya, I won this round)

D: Parker, I'm going bye bye.
P: You goin' to your friends house?
D: Yep
P: 5 times? You going there 5 times?
D: No, I'm only going there once tonight.
P: Ok. Bye dad.
