A place to live

We finally found a place to live when we get back. Yay! Moving stress lessened.

I have to say, trying to find a place to live when you're 1,100 miles away is the most ridiculous thing ever. Looking online can only get you so far when it comes to finding a decent place to rent. The pictures are deceiving and what one person thinks is a good place, another does not. Moving is a very stressful thing to begin with, but when you add the fact that you can't physically go find a place, that stress is heightened.

I trusted my brother-in-law and sister to look at a few places for us. A few were total dumps, but they agreed that this place was nice enough to have a crawling baby and that it was good enough that they would live there.

We are moving to a teeny tiny two bedroom house in Utica. It's not exactly our "dream" home, but the price is reasonable, and we really just need a place to live until we find a home we want to buy. It's near my family and close enough to Lincoln that I could work. Those were the two things I wanted the most.

Here's a picture of the outside. Cute and small :)
